What is it?
Gynostemma, also known as jiaogulan in Chinese (means “twisting-vine orchid”) is an herbaceous vine indigenous to China, Vietnam, Korea, and Japan. Gynostemma is best known as an herbs having powerful antioxidant and adaptogenic effects in increasing longevity. Scientific studies have indicated some characteristics of Jiaogulan, such as lowering cholesterol and high blood pressure, strengthening immunity, and inhibiting cancer growth.
How to use?
2 grams (1/2 teaspoon) twice a day. Best enjoyed in the morning or daytime. Blend it in your favorite smoothie, protein shake, or tea.
